This is a hybrid-remote role based out of the Brooklyn, OH office, with employees expected to work onsite on designated in-office days each week.

Population Health Science Analyst I
Job Summary:
Builds, supports, and evaluates new and existing programs, and improves targeting. Conducts clinical analytics to support decision making, and ensures consistency of reporting, builds indicators and curated analytic tables. Takes a consultative approach with other departments, building relationships and supporting partners in clinical and population health services.

With other team members, enhances existing clinical algorithms and predictive models to target program outreach. Assesses health status, disease burden, healthcare utilization and cost, impact of social determinants of health, health ownership and engagement and other indicators on the member population.
- Designs data tools to enable quick information discovery. Maintains data documentation. Provides up to date information regarding data availability, capabilities, and appropriate use of data elements.
