Position Summary

The Safety Representative / Manager is responsible for supporting and enforcing health and safety programs on assigned construction projects. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture across project teams.

This full-time position will be based in Las Vegas, NV supporting large-scale construction operations, with a strong preference for candidates with data center or mission-critical project experience.

Description / Responsibilities

Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety programs

Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings

Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance

Assist with incident investigations and reporting

Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation

Provide onboarding and safety training

Track certifications and training records

Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)

Ensure proper use of PPE

Collaborate with project teams and leadership

Promote a safety-first culture

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience

Experience on large-scale or data center projects preferred

OSHA 30 certification required

CPR / First Aid certification required

CHST certification preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work in fast-paced field environments
