• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing tailored approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly evaluating progress through follow-up sessions and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients, especially those facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with mental health trends and interventions, enhancing personal competencies and service delivery.

We serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our approach prioritizes personalized care and understanding of each client’s unique background, ensuring that they receive culturally competent support tailored to their specific needs.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

While we welcome all applicants, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in private practice settings and those who have provided teletherapy services. Understanding various therapeutic modalities and familiarity with electronic health record systems can also enhance application competitiveness.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
