Urologist (BC/BE)

Compensation: Competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Loan Repayment

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday. 1:4 call rotation

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a dynamic, hospital-employed practice within a respected independent community hospital. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
  • Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
  • Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
  • Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
  • Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care
