    Title: Residential Counselor - MAP

    Pay Range: $20 - $23.75

    Schedule: 24 Hours Saturday-Monday 7a-3p

    FLSA: Non Exempt

    What Youโ€™ll Do:
    Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

    • MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months.
    • Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
    • Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
    • Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care.
    • Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
    • Advocate for residentsโ€™ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
    • Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation.

    What You Bring:

    • High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred.
    • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending, standing, etc.).
    • Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency.
    • Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma-informed care.
    • Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
