Job Duties include:

  • Handle parts order requests via telephone, e-mail or in-person.
  • Advise customers on related parts.
  • Follow up on backordered parts and contact customers with status.
  • Ensure that inventory control practices are followed.
  • Communicate with Parts Manager on inventory issues.
  • Provide solutions for the needs of our customers.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive repair industry in relation to Collision and Mechanical Repairs.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience as well as Mazda or Gm experience, preferred
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
