Job description

We are currently seeking motivated Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our fun and energetic Insurance Sales team! Position is a permanent, full-time role with Monday-Friday hours from 9:30AM-6:30PM. This Insurance Agent position is an Inside Sales role offering a very competitive base hourly wage and uncapped commissions! Excellent opportunity for individuals seeking career growth or leadership role!

Insurance Agents will be responsible for taking inbound calls and using a consultative sales approach to quote and enroll individuals based on their unique healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from clients to enroll in insurance plans
  • Explain the benefits and features of the various healthcare plans available
  • Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into healthcare plans that meets their needs
  • Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products
  • Help clients with questions regarding health insurance
  • Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, create leads for follow up and update consumer information

Job Requirements:

  • Must have be Active Insurance Agent w/ Health Insurance Sales licenseย 
  • Previous Sales Experience Preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate well with clients at all levels
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity work environment
  • Ability to explain/articulate complex insurance programs to callers in ways that are clear and concise
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time while talking on the phone

Compensation: $18 to $20 plus $60 - $100 Enrollment Bonusย
