• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health conditions and needs effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and more, tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Facilitate support groups, educational workshops, and therapeutic interventions that promote positive coping strategies for patients and their families.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards of practice when managing sensitive patient information.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including oncologists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

You will primarily serve individuals impacted by cancer, providing essential psychosocial support at various stages: from initial diagnosis, adjusting to treatment, managing recurrences, to facing end-of-life challenges. This vital role extends to caregivers, who also require emotional support and practical resources to navigate their loved ones' cancer experiences.

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party assessments.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience working with oncology populations or in a healthcare setting focusing on chronic illness or mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Strong background in psychosocial assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, which is dependent on your experience and caseload management.
