LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH INSURANCE PRODUCER

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within our community and through existing BayCoast client relationships, professional networks, and referral partners.
  • Meet with individuals and business owners to assess financial protection needs and recommend customized life, accident, disability, and health insurance solutions.
  • Present consultative proposals and clearly explain benefits, coverage options, and long-term value to clients.
  • Partner with BayCoast’s marketing and service teams to coordinate enrollment, underwriting, and policy servicing for clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication, periodic coverage reviews, and continuous support that drives client loyalty and referrals.
  • Accurately track all activity and maintain detailed records of client interactions within CRM.
  • Consistently achieve sales and production goals established by the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Active MA or RI Life, Accident, and Health Producer license, or ability to obtain one promptly.
  • Prior experience in life, accident, and/or health insurance sales or a related financial services role (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance products in simple, relatable terms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  • Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus
