We are looking for personable and hardworking individuals for the office of Matt Culligan - State Farm agency who are interested in having relationship oriented, value-based sales conversations in a non-call center environment. Due to the competitive pricing on State Farm insurance, we are currently expanding our office, and if you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced environment then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with growth potential. What makes us different from most agencies is you will have a chance to learn how to not only market and sell products, but to truly impact your client’s lives with a much deeper and holistic approach to their insurance and finances.

Although phone communication skills are necessary, this is not a call center environment. Instead, you will have the opportunity to meet with customers and develop relationships on a face-to-face basis. This could be the start of an exciting, challenging and fun career!

This position also provides the opportunity to enter into our 18 -24-month Agency Aspirant program to open your own agency and become a business owner. In this program you will be given the opportunity to learn how to manage a business firsthand while participating in our focused program to develop and enhance your skills and experiences to open your own agency.
