What you'll be doing
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues.
  • Accurately document service work and repairs.
  • Communicate clearly with your team to ensure fast, quality service.
  • Stay on top of safety and environmental standards.
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
What we are looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification in diesel mechanics is a big plus).
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills—especially with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with DOT regulations and safety protocols.
  • Confidence using diagnostic tools and computer systems.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy parts and working in all conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required).
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing the job right.
