We're looking for someone who is not only confident in guiding customers through their insurance needs but also skilled in mentoring and training team members.
This position is more than just a sales role - it's an opportunity to become a key leader within our agency. We're seeking someone who could eventually step into office manager responsibilities and serve as a trusted representative when the agent is away. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their life and health insurance needs
