JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Daily process audits.
  2. Perform quality inspections of valves.
  3. Track with Gage Track all devices for calibration.
  4. Assist with maintaining training records for all persons in respective productions cell areas.
  5. Have working knowledge of the NYAB IPM as well as Section J - AAR M1003.
  6. Work with Quality Manager as well as shop floor to maintain accurate and up-to-date documents and assist with Document Control Log.
  7. Staying observant at all times with respect to shop floor activities, notifying personnel, supervisors, management (both Plant and Quality) concerning any questionable practices or activities.
  8. Assist with ensuring that all written work processes are followed.
  9. Maintain a practical quality focus on all related issues.
  10. Assist with and support all quality initiative activities.
  1. Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
  2. Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
  3. Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
  4. Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.
