ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP)
Responsible for performing day to day implementation and follow up case management for patients in Cardiac Rehab. Provides individualized rehab program to meet personal and family needs of patients. Position is responsible for outpatient classes. Position requires understanding of cardiovascular disease.
Responsibilities
  • Assesses patients physical, psychosocial, educational needs on admission.
  • Individualizes patients plan of care.
  • Performs no invasive cardiology tests.
  • Documents patient care assessments.
  • Performs related duties as required

Qualifications
  • Required:
    ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP)
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in EP or related exercise science field
    • Licensure/Certification: BLS and ACLS
