What is a health concierge?

A Health Concierge is a professional who assists individuals in navigating the healthcare system, coordinating care, and accessing medical services. They provide personalized support such as scheduling appointments, finding specialists, answering questions about insurance coverage, and helping manage wellness programs. Health Concierges often work for healthcare organizations, insurance companies, or as independent consultants, aiming to simplify the healthcare experience and improve overall patient satisfaction.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a health concierge, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Health Concierge, you need a background in healthcare support, strong knowledge of health benefits, and experience in customer service, often backed by relevant training or certification. Familiarity with healthcare management systems, CRM platforms, and telehealth technologies is typically required. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and empathy are crucial soft skills for building trust and guiding clients through complex healthcare processes. These skills ensure clients receive personalized, effective support and navigate healthcare options confidently.

How does a health concierge typically collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to ensure a seamless care experience?

A Health Concierge acts as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, coordinating appointments, clarifying treatment plans, and addressing patient concerns. They often work closely with doctors, nurses, and insurance representatives to streamline communication and resolve any logistical or administrative issues. This collaboration ensures patients receive timely care and personalized support throughout their healthcare journey. Effective Health Concierges excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and building positive relationships with both patients and medical teams.

Job description

MEDICAL HOUSE CALLS

Medical Sales Representative

Brentwood, TN • Full-Time • Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

Concierge medicine is booming — and we want a closer who can own the growth engine.

At Medical House Calls, we bring premium, personalized healthcare directly to the people who value their time and their health most. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative to lead that growth — selling our concierge memberships, NAD+ therapy, and medical weight loss programs to the clients and partners who need them.

This is a senior, self-directed role with real ownership. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build referral networks from the ground up, and represent a brand that's redefining what great care looks like. If you love relationship-driven selling and want your effort to translate directly into income, keep reading.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

  • You own the growth engine — not a slice of it. Your pipeline, your partnerships, your reputation in the market.

  • Uncapped earning potential. The harder you close, the more you make — no ceiling, ever.

  • Premium product, premium clients. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and families who expect a concierge-level experience.

  • Autonomy with backing. You'll operate independently, with leadership as a partner on pricing, packaging, and strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own overall sales growth across all MHC service lines, with a primary focus on concierge memberships, NAD+ therapy, and weight loss management.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and membership targets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, consulting, closing, and handing off seamlessly to clinical onboarding.

  • Build and cultivate a pipeline of B2B and referral partnerships and develop strategic alliances that open new market segments.

  • Represent MHC at networking events, health fairs, and community functions to generate leads and build brand awareness.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the member base to grow lifetime value.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective members, translating clinical benefits into clear, compelling value — always accurate, compliant, and aligned with our standard of care.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of progressive sales and/or business development experience, with a track record of hitting or beating revenue targets.

  • Experience selling premium, membership, or service-based offerings — healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, wellness, med spa, or concierge experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to build referral networks and B2B partnerships from scratch.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

  • A self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable owning your results.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.

BONUS POINTS FOR

  • An established network within the Middle Tennessee healthcare, wellness, or executive community.

  • Familiarity with concierge medicine, NAD+/IV therapy, GLP-1/medical weight loss, or longevity and wellness services.

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

Base + Commission + Bonuses — with NO CAP. Your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

  • Health coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision.

  • 401(k) with Company Match: We invest in your future alongside you.

  • Time off that respects your life: PTO, 9 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays.

  • Paid mileage reimbursement: You're on the road building the business — we cover it.

  • Real ownership: A senior role with autonomy, impact, and room to grow with a fast-scaling company.

Ready to build something?

If you're a relationship-driven closer who's excited to grow the Middle Tennessee market for a premium healthcare brand, we'd love to meet you. Apply today.
