- Project Coordinator-Customer Care Position -Hiring for Immediate Start


Business Communication Solutions (BCS) is a leading provider of variable print and electronic distribution for client billing solutions. Our environment is fast-paced with an emphasis on quality. You'll have the chance to collaborate with peers on problem-solving and learning how to consistently meet client needs.


The Customer Care Specialist bears direct accountability for the welfare of each designated client. The Specialist will offer proficient client service, aimed at resolving everyday issues, answering queries, or implementing changes for assigned clients. Additionally, the Customer Care Specialist is tasked with effectively communicating, verbal and written. Be proactive at troubleshooting issues to the relevant resources and providing necessary details and actions to resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. This role demands some technical acumen, strong organizational abilities, and a dedication to client satisfaction. The position entails managing multiple customer requests concurrently and is charged with spearheading and executing projects within the stipulated timeframe, ensuring service readiness through quality checks, and adeptly guiding cross-functional teams.


Compensation: We offer a competitive salary starting at $44,000 per year. Individual starting pay will be finalized based on the candidate's background, years of experience, and specific customer support skills.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and oversee customer care projects from initiation to completion

Minimum Qualifications:
