Job Summary
Normal hours are 0800 to 1600 (EST) Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Core hours (must be present) are 0900 to 1500 (EST). Flex time is permitted to meet workload requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a clearance to work on a military base and access medical information.
H&H Continuous Improvement & Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Healthcare Data Analyst join our Medical Case Management Support Team at Robins Air Force Base, GA.  If you're passionate about supporting our military and ensuring that our military members are mission ready, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will report to the Medical Case Manager Supervisor and support all aspects of the team's delivery and required weekly and monthly reports to include the development and design of tracking tools, ad hoc analysis and reports, and other required program deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager and healthcare analyst.
Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate onboarding and training 
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders
  • Attend all meetings and provide notes and requested deliverables per contract requirements
  • Track adherence to program budget and required timelines
  • Ensure required internal and external communications are completed
  • Measure and report on program progress
Qualifications
  • Valid PMP certification is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred 
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in healthcare settings with strong healthcare analytics and reporting skills is highly preferred 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, database design and maintenance is required. May be required to automate reports and dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and completed multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
