Senior Product Marketing Manager, Core

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Core

Pindrop

Atlanta, GA

$116K - $152K/yr

Full-time

Posted 12 days ago

Job description

Pindrop is the Real Human + Right Human Identity Trust Platform for the AI era. As AI-driven fraud and deepfakes erode trust in digital communication, Pindrop delivers continuous identity verification and deepfake detection across voice, video, and digital interactions in real time.

Enterprises rely on Pindrop to secure billions of high-risk customer interactions each year, including top U.S. banks, as well as leading insurers and healthcare providers.

What you'll do

As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Core segment, you will own go‑to‑market strategy for Pindrop’s voice authentication and fraud prevention solutions targeting large enterprise contact centers in financial services, insurance, and more. You will work directly with demand generation, sales, and product to build and execute the Core growth strategy and plan.

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Pindrop Passport, Pindrop Protect, and Fraud Assist in the Core segment.
  • Lead launches of new features and platform capabilities for Core buyers, building messaging, proof points, and enablement that translate complex AI and biometric technology into business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain buyer persona documentation and competitive landscape for Core decision‑makers: CISO, CTO, CIO, VP Contact Center Operations, and Head of Identity.
  • Develop and maintain a full sales enablement suite for the Core FSI motion: battle cards, competitive playbooks, demo scripts, ROI models, technical deep‑dives, and vertical‑specific one‑pagers.
  • Write and edit marketing copy and content across the funnel - website pages, solution briefs, email sequences, blog posts, executive thought leadership, and event materials, maintaining Pindrop’s evidence‑led, AI‑authority brand voice.
  • Partner with the growth marketing team to develop messaging and content that fuels full‑funnel pipeline programs and ecosystem and ABM plays with Sales and Partners.
  • Lead competitive intelligence for the voice biometrics, IVR security, and contact center authentication market, including analysis of key competitors, emerging threats, and market positioning shifts.
  • Build customer success stories and case studies for the Core products, quantifying outcomes in authentication accuracy, fraud reduction, handle time, and operational cost.
  • Collaborate with the AR function to ensure Core product narrative is accurately reflected in Gartner and Forrester coverage, including Magic Quadrant and relevant market guides.
  • Contribute research, proof points, and thought leadership angles to the quarterly Pindrop editorial plan.
  • Lead Pindrop’s agile pod model for Core GTM motion.
Who you are
  • You have a strong command of the enterprise contact center and authentication market. You know the buyers, the buying cycle, and the competitive set, and you can navigate a complex multi‑stakeholder deal in FSI.
  • You can handle technical depth: voice biometrics, IVR security, SIP‑layer signals, Phoneprint, without losing the business narrative when you are presenting to a CISO or contact center VP.
  • You are a clear, compelling writer. You move from a technical integration brief to a C‑suite one‑pager to website copy with the same precision and impact, and you take pride in every word that goes to market.
  • You are rigorous about pipeline contribution. You track how your enablement, messaging, and campaigns directly influence deal velocity and win rates.
  • You own your product segment fully. You proactively identify gaps in coverage, messaging, and competitive positioning and close them before they cost deals.
Must‑haves
  • 5‑8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in contact center technology, cybersecurity, identity, authentication, or AI/ML security solutions.
  • Direct GTM experience with enterprise contact center, IVR, CCaaS, or voice security solutions, with demonstrated pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Proven track record building sales enablement programs and GTM content for technical, complex products sold into large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats: solution briefs, website copy, thought leadership, email, and executive presentations. A portfolio or writing samples are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills: comfortable presenting to both technical teams and C‑suite buyers.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Demand Generation.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Background in FSI, insurance, or regulated enterprise environments as a marketer, buyer, or practitioner.
  • Familiarity with CCaaS platforms like NICE, Five9, Genesys, Cisco, and how they shape the contact center security buying process.
  • Experience with AI or ML product marketing in security, identity, or authentication.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks, SIEM, or enterprise security market trends relevant to contact center environments.
What's in it for you

Core is Pindrop's largest segment and the foundation of the company's revenue engine. You will own the GTM for the products that anchor Pindrop's market position — voice authentication and fraud prevention used by the world's largest financial institutions and contact centers.

You will work directly with Pindrop's product, engineering, and sales teams, embedded in a high‑output agile pod. With active product launches across Pindrop Passport, Pindrop Protect, and Fraud Assist, you will have both the platform and the mandate to build something significant.

This role has direct influence on how Pindrop is positioned in analyst reports, how deals get won or lost, and how the market understands voice security as a critical enterprise capability. You will see your work move numbers.

US Base Pay Range

$135,000 - $165,000 USD
