As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Powerback Physio Healer LLC, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing personalized treatment plans based on individual goals and needs.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to discuss patient progress, share insights, and optimize treatment strategies.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each patient feels valued and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention, and maintenance strategies to promote long-term health.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.

The clientele at Powerback Physio Healer LLC includes a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA- or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for documenting care and collaborating with team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer usage for effective documentation and patient management.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Previous experience working in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
