Western Reserve Academy is seeking a Head Softball Coach for the 2023 season. The coach will develop and administer a competitive softball program consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of Western Reserve Academy.


The Athletics Department will assist with strength and conditioning for the student-athletes, game day and practice management, scheduling of competitions, and ordering uniforms and the equipment needed to run the program.


Western Reserve Academy is an independent private coed boarding school for grades 9 - 12. WRA is committed to developing well rounded student-athletes and to wellness across campus. Founded in 1826, our beautiful 190 acre-campus is conveniently located 30 minutes east of Cleveland. Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree and prior experience coaching softball and or playing experience is required. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are essential.

The review of applications will begin immediately. Applications received by January 15, 2023 will be given priority consideration. The 2023 season preseason begins the week of February 27th and culminates with the Spring Athletic Awards Ceremony the week of Monday, May 22nd.
