Account Executive - Risk and Fraud Solutions

About the job
As a Risk, Fraud, and Compliance Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding SAS's market presence across key enterprise accounts.
You will position SAS's solutions, including Risk Modeling and Decisioning, Application and Identity Fraud, Enterprise Fraud Management, and Procurement Integrity to C-level
executives and key decision-makers across industries like Communications, Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Services, and Retail.
As an Account Executive, you will:
  • Be responsible for Revenue Generation & Pipeline Growth
    • Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-year software and Cloud solutions deal within an assigned territory/account portfolio.
    • Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closing
  • Drive Strategic Account Management
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at landing new logo accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
    • Navigate complex matrixed customer organizations to build trust and long-term partnerships with C-suite stakeholders (CROs, Chief Compliance Officers, Head of Fraud,
    • CFOs, CIOs).
    • Position SAS as a strategic partner by aligning technology capabilities with the client's business goals and regulatory mandates.
  • Provide Domain Leadership & Collaboration
    • Articulate the value proposition of SAS Risk, Fraud, and Compliance solutions in addressing complex market dynamics (e.g., Procurement Fraud, Application and Subscription Fraud, Collection Strategy, Credit Strategy, Real-time fraud prevention, ESG compliance, etc).
    • Collaborate closely with AEs, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, Risk Advisory Teams, Product Strategy, and Marketing to deliver tailored customer demonstrations and business cases.
    • Initiate and supports lead generation activities and integrate strategy into overall account plan.
    • Work with Ecosystem Partners and Systems Integrators to maximize deal velocity and joint value propositions.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise software/SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record selling Risk, Fraud or Compliance solutions to large customers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of at least one core domain:
    • Risk Modeling and Decisioning
    • Application and Identity Fraud
    • Enterprise Fraud Management
    • Procurement Integrity
  • Strong ability to identify customer challenges and translate them into impactful solutions.
  • Proven Performance: Consistent history of quota attainment and closing complex enterprise deals with contract values exceeding $500K+.
