Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

  • Instruct tennis lessons and clinics for players of all skill levels, from beginner to expert.
  • Provide high-quality guest service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

  • Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and organize guest tournaments.

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of tennis courts and equipment.

  • Manage and order racquet sports equipment as needed.

  • Follow all safety procedures and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

  • Support the overall operations of the Racquet Sports Department.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 2–4 years of previous teaching experience in Tennis and Pickleball

  • RSPA or PTR/PPR certification in Tennis and Pickleball required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team environment.
