Responsibilities: Plan menus and manage allocated budgets. Supervise, train and mentor the kitchen team. Ensure inventory management and the quality of supplies.

Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities according to hygiene standards. Suggest improvements to optimize services. Your profile: Diploma in cooking and MAPAQ certificate.
