LaSalle Network is hiring for a Learning and Development Consultant with an industry leading chemical manufacturing company known for leadership development and talent growth.
We are partnering with our client to find an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to support leadership programs, primarily focusing on content development and program enhancement.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence leadership growth across the organization by designing impactful development initiatives. The position is remote, with travel expected during sprint periods, enabling a flexible work environment. If you bring strong facilitation skills, strategic thinking, and extensive L&D experience, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, refresh, and enhance leadership development program content, including PowerPoint materials.
  • Analyze survey results and participant feedback to improve program effectiveness.
  • Support broader talent and learning initiatives, including succession planning discussions and learning metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to design cohesive learning strategies.
  • Support additional L&D projects as needed to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Learning & Development experience.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing leadership development programs and implementing learning strategies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning, learning analytics, and reporting tools.
