Your Role

The TEIStrategy & Planning PrincipalAnalyst will play a pivotal role in supporting theStrategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEIby coordinating strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budget and reporting across the TEI organization. This position will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the TEI leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation and execution of key initiatives andinternal projects. Additionally, the role will drive the creation and implementation of a skills framework, talent strategy and overall skills development plan, enabling the successful execution of organizational objectives as well as building and retaining a pipeline of top talent for TEI.

You will be Responsible for:

  • Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEIto develop and implement strategic plans.

  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment across the organization.

  • Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAOtomeasure and communicate progress of strategic initiatives to all levels of the organizationas well as leadership stakeholders and partners

  • Develop andimplementpersona-basedcommunication strategiesacross the organization.

  • Work with the TEI leaders to prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for the team.

  • Develops communications via multiplechannels/media, including content for the intranet sites, town halls,key leadershipand org-wide meetings,posts, newsletters, etc.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, to oversee the development and execution of communication plans and content that articulate TEI's vision, strategy and initiatives.

  • Work with the TEI leadership team to develop and track OKRs and KPIs for the organization aligned to overall Invesco/Tech & Ops strategy and goals.

  • Utilize TEI operational and financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making processes.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to theStrategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO of TEIand Head of TEIwhere required

  • Coordinate and manage leadership team meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up actions

  • Assist in the development and execution of special projects and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with TEI leaders and across functional teams to identify roadblocks, solve complex problems and assist in developing solutions to ensure execution of key technology strategic initiatives

  • Promote a strong learning culture to empower high-performing teams and leaders

  • Help organize and participate in learning and adoption accelerator events, such as Hackathons, workshops, and knowledge sharing forums.

  • Develops and executes a well-defined talent strategy to retain, assess, and develop talent (presently and in the future)

  • Help expand and enable comprehensive role-based learning pathways to cover roles and skills, address skill gaps, enableworkforce planning, improve performance, and create incentives and rewards

  • Champion Agile ways of working and support culture of continuous learning, development and empowerment

The experience you Bring:

  • 5-10years related work experience

  • Demonstrated success and experience in executing initiativesand strategies

  • Proven ability with verbal and written communications - with specific skill in creating and presenting presentations and other materials that "translate" technical information/solutions into easily understandable information

  • Structured, detailed approach to work and disciplined time management skills

  • Proven experience working in a collaborative environmentandbuilding strong relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Abachelor's degree in business,communications,technologyor related field of study or equivalent years of direct work experience.

The salary range for this position in Atlanta, Ga is $105,000 - $115,000 year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
