Position Overview
We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.
As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
  • Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
  • Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
  • Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!
  • Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
  • Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
  • Positive attitude and being a team player
Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
  • AED/CPR certified 
  • Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
