Job Summary:
The Laundry Attendant at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront is a full-time, year-round position located at our hotel in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all hotel linens and towels. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in laundry services, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
***This is a daytime position with hours starting between 8 and 9:00 a.m. and ending between 4 and 5:00 p.m.***

Compensation & Benefits:
This is an hourly position with a pay rate of $16 per hour, paid biweekly. This role also includes access to employee benefits such as discounted hotel stays, employee meals, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold all hotel linens such as sheets, towels, and napkins.
- Inspect linens for cleanliness and any damage or wear and tear.
- Report any damaged or worn linens to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and follow all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
- Keep inventory of linens and request replacements when needed.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in laundry services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
