Position Summary LINCOLN COUNTY IS CURRENTLY LOOKING TO HIRE A NEW TRANSIT DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR $121,389.00 - $163,137.00 annually (DOE) BENEFITS INCLUDE: 11% County contribution to 401(k) Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. The person in this position plans and manages the annual District operating budget and work plans and acts as Federal Transit Administration Drug & Alcohol Program Manager. Transit Department Director Job Description EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Five years of public transit related experience, including program development and management, grant writing, budget development and oversight, supervision of employees and volunteers. Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties as determined by the County.

Certified Community Transportation Manager (CCTM) certification or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire required. Oregon Driver's License required within 30 days of hire. Lincoln County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
