Your daily tasks will involve leveraging telehealth technologies and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to enhance patient engagement and monitor treatment progress effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' biopsychosocial needs, facilitating the development of effective treatment strategies tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual, family, couples, and group therapies, adapting your approach based on the specific needs of each client.

• Engage as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, fostering a supportive environment for psychiatric patients to share their experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate with program staff to ensure comprehensive care, participating in case reviews and team meetings to discuss patient progress and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring that all patient records are accurate, secure, and up-to-date.

• Demonstrate a strong adherence to ethical guidelines and agency policies while taking an active role in policy development and implementation.

• Provide crisis intervention and triage evaluations when necessary, coordinating with outpatient and inpatient teams to ensure patient safety and immediate support.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using EMR software and commitment to integrating technology in patient care.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse clientele effectively.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addressing substance misuse issues is highly preferred.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
