Job description

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Passion Productions

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. Lead a team of contractors to support the production team and execute the creative vision for gatherings and events. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide support to the assigned Production Team to ensure excellent production
    • Act as Production Manager on assigned gatherings and events as requested.
    • Recruit and develop for the Passion Production Contractor team.
    • Lead load in/out's for assigned gatherings and events.
    • Coordinate rentals as needed for gatherings and events.
    • Create load in and load out schedules for assigned gatherings and events.
    • Stock inventory of production expendables as assigned. (Batteries, gaff, IEM foam sleeves, lamps, projector lamps, etc.)
    • Project manage new initiatives as needed.
    • Confirm all rooms are prepped and ready for gatherings and events.
    • Manage production shipping and receiving.
    • Strive for excellent and inspiring experiences at Passion in all rooms of the House.
    • Maintain and repair all equipment that lives in Passion Production Warehouse.
    • Support audio staff, contractors, and Door Holders to achieve the Passion level of excellence.
    • Partner with fellow audio staff in system upgrades and expansions.
    • Work closely with the lead audio engineer to ensure alignment with Passion audio style.
    • Attend continuing education opportunities in regards to rigging and safety
    • Develop skills by regularly attending concerts and other live environments for inspiration
