Airgas is Hiring for a CDL A Driver Hazmat - Team Driver in Hopkinsville, KY!

Quarterly Incentive Bonus

$2000 Driver Referral Bonus (unlimited)

Team Drivers make more than $150,000/each

Hours: Typically stay out 2 weeks minimum / Deal with LH2

Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (Tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Perform pre & post trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act appropriately if action is needed. Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to include service interruptions immediately to their supervisor. Complete and submit reports as required by the DOT and/or Airgas company policy.

Drive tractor-trailer to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites.

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and address maintenance needs.

Report accidents, safety issues, citations, and customer complaints immediately.

Complete required DOT and company reports.

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

+3 year experience as driver of tractor - trailer vehicles

Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsement

Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport within 90 days of employment and be eligible to enter Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred, Three (3) years of Haz-Mat or Tanker experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience

Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed and specialty gases, preferred
