Position Summary

The Foreman is responsible for supervising electrical crews on large-scale commercial and mission critical job sites. This role ensures daily work activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices.

  • Plan daily tasks in alignment with project schedules.

  • Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.

  • Maintain productivity and quality control on assigned scopes of work.

  • Communicate progress and challenges to the Superintendent.

  • Assist with material management and tool coordination.

  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on-site.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience leading crews on commercial or mission critical electrical projects.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
