Full-Time Warehouse Associate –Hay Distribution | Red Bull Team | Statesville, NC

Full-Time | $16-$18/hr | 5 days a week | Monday–Friday, 11AM~7PM

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our Red Bull distribution operation in Statesville, NC. You’ll be a key part of keeping our trucks stocked, and warehouse moving. This is a physical, high-energy job where every task you do matters.

What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life

Mornings (11AM–2PM): Stay Organized & Accurate
- Receive inbound freight and check for accuracy
- Cycle count inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures
- Track, tag, and organize point-of-sale (POS) items like signs and coolers
- Assist with cooler deliveries and store resets (adjusting shelves to match planograms)
Afternoons (2PM–7PM): Fill the Fleet
- Check in delivery trucks returning from routes
- Load 6–8 trucks with 200+ cases each, making sure they're stocked to PAR levels
- Use a forklift or pallet jack to move product quickly and safely
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient

What You Bring to the Table

- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable using a handheld device and basic computer systems
- A positive, dependable attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
(no OWIs, no at-fault accidents, and no more than 3 speeding tickets in the last 5 years)
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus but not required: Forklift experience (we’ll train and certify you if needed!)
DOT medical card required (company will cover DOT physical if you don’t have one)

- Receive, count, and rotate inventory
- Manage cooler and POS item tracking
- Load and prep delivery vehicles to company standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety and inventory procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and team-focused warehouse
