Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the administration of fills and credits and maintaining bankroll
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
  • Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage to accommodate business needs
  • Analyzing customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play
  • Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Must have dealing experience and knowledge of Gaming regulations and ICMP's
  • Ensure that table games dealers are providing guests with optimum service at all times
  • Solving guest and employee problems or disputes
  • Adhere to all department/company policies and procedures
  • Analyze and control guest alcohol consumption
  • Ensure all guests are of legal age to participate in limited gaming
  • Replace and sort cards as needed.
  • Inventory and table drop
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of your job
  • As a dealer, all duties set forth in table games dealer job description
  • Supervision of table games dealers
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations' policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include auditioning and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be able to deal all games offered in the Blackjack pit area
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience required
  • 1 year of supervisor/managerial experience. 2 years of experience in table games
  • Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
