Job description

Bronson LakeView Family Care - Blue Star is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their established Family Medicine practice in South Haven, Michigan.

Position Highlights:

  1. See full spectrum family practice patient's
  2. Candidate will work alongside one physician and two APP’s
  3. No OB or inpatient medicine opportunity
  4. Hospital-employed, outpatient only position
  5. As a Rural Health practice, we will work with the APP to create a schedule to offer appointments as early as 7:00 am or as late as 7 pm at least one day a week.
  6. Team Approach with Ambulatory Care Manager, social worker, Pharmacist as well as nurse triage.
  7. Full-time with flexible scheduling
  8. This site is NHSC designated offering opportunity for applying for student loan forgiveness

Qualifications:

  1. BC/BE in Family Medicine
  2. Current and Unrestricted State Medical License as MD/DO and DEA Licensure
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient-centered care
