Job description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Global Hatchery (GH) product management to support product development, strategy, and manufacturing forecast/demand planning.
  • Liaise between local commercial markets, manufacturing/logistics, and engineering to ensure timely, accurate device orders and to monitor build/delivery schedules.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for logistics, product performance, and customer needs; collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and local markets.
  • Support Global Portfolio Marketing (GPM) in global portfolio brand development and related support resources, and evaluate innovation opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain metrics (including a Balanced Scorecard) to monitor/report device and parts issues and track progress to strategic goals.
Key Duties (Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To):
  • Manage global forecast/demand plan; communicate updates to manufacturing and Finance.
  • Gather and prioritize product/customer requirements; manage BioDevice development, enhancements, and improvements.
  • Coordinate order reviews among Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing; monitor build and shipment schedules.
  • Support Inovoject (Legacy and NXT) and VMD portfolios (as applicable).
  • Capture/track product performance and device failures; communicate findings to Manufacturing/Engineering.
  • Support device strategy with local markets; support GPM global brand strategy execution.
  • Lead GH Leadership Team development/communication of GH strategy and forward-looking roadmap; participate/lead strategic projects as required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • 5+ years product development and/or product management.
  • Translate insights/analytics into strategy and measurable execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineering and/or project management; capital equipment.
  • Poultry/animal health; SAP; marketing.
  • Medical/automation equipment; cross-functional HQ experience.
  • Experience with complex products/equipment; strong communication and analytical/business skills; strong judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn company systems.
Physical Requirements:
  • Travel overnight ~20โ€“25% (some weekends); office work with occasional customer field rides.
