Job description

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Omaha!


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management
  • Assist with short/long-term strategic planning
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Assist with business development
  • Mentor/train junior staff
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project management duties


Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry
  • 3+ years of experience of supervisory experience
  • Experience with daily management/leadership



Salary is commensurate with experience.
