Job description

About Harri
It's a great time to join Harri as we revolutionize the hospitality industry with our cutting-edge technology solutions for workforce management. We're an innovative, high-growth company with a global presence, dedicated to building strong partnerships and delivering measurable value to our customers.
We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Account Executive - Risk & Compliance role to ensure the continuous growth of compliance-led revenue across both new and existing enterprise accounts. You will serve as a workforce compliance expert in the field and a trusted strategic partner to our core sales teams, playing a key role in positioning Harri as a system of record for workforce risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and operational governance.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Executive - Risk & Compliance, you will be responsible for leading a compliance-first sales motion and driving net new and expansion ARR through strategic, overlay sales execution. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Compliance-Led Revenue Generation: Drive net new and expansion revenue by targeting high-risk operators and executing compliance-led sales and structured cross-sell motions across enterprise segments.
  • Deal Strategy & Overlay Ownership: Co-own and shape deal strategy with core AEs by leading compliance-driven discovery and positioning compliance as a critical lever for risk mitigation and revenue protection.
  • Executive-Level Selling: Engage senior stakeholders with value-based, risk-oriented narratives, building business cases tied to regulatory exposure, financial impact, and operational outcomes.
  • Subject Matter Expertise & Enablement: Serve as a workforce compliance expert in the field, supporting deal execution while developing scalable sales narratives, enablement materials, and best practices.
  • Internal Influence: Enable and influence core AE teams by embedding compliance sales frameworks and driving high-impact cross-functional collaboration.
  • Market Impact: Contribute to inbound pipeline and brand authority through compliance-driven campaigns, events, and referenceable customer wins.

More About You: What Can You Bring?
We are looking for an individual who has a builder mentality and thrives in ambiguity with a proactive, resourceful approach to building and scaling new go-to-market motions. You will be passionate about delivering successful compliance outcomes and translating regulatory complexity into commercial success.
You will possess:
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles with a consistent track record of exceeding quota in competitive, high-growth environments.
  • Compliance / Risk Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate regulatory risk, financial exposure, and operational impact, with experience in HRTech, workforce management, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Strategic Deal-Making: Proven ability to build ROI-driven business cases and influence deal outcomes in an overlay capacity without direct ownership.
  • Executive Presence: Strong ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders through clear, compelling communication and storytelling in high-stakes environments.
  • Tech-Savvy Proficiency: Highly proficient in modern sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related technologies.
  • Collaborative Spirit: An ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and experienced in driving cross-functional, team-based collaboration.
When and Where You'll Be Doing It
  • Position Type: Full-time position.
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD, depending on experience.
  • Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the VP of Strategic Risk & Compliance and operates as part of the Strategic Risk & Compliance Business Unit.

What Will You Get in Return?
Creating an environment which enables our people to thrive is crucial for us. Harri offers a comprehensive compensation structure designed to support you throughout your career here. You'll get:
  • Competitive salary within the stated range.
  • The opportunity to drive critical projects for a high-growth, innovative company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
We're committed to building diverse talent at Harri and believe our strengths as a team come from having many unique perspectives. We value a healthy, vibrant, and inclusive organization that encourages everyone to be themselves at work. We are committed to valuing diversity and promoting equal opportunities for all and welcome applicants from all communities
