The Harley Lot Porter plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of a Harley-Davidson dealership or distribution center by managing the movement, organization, and maintenance of motorcycles within the lot. This position ensures that all motorcycles are properly positioned for sales, service, and delivery, contributing to a seamless customer experience. The Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the lot and building, which directly impacts the dealership's presentation and operational flow. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to managing inventory on the lot. Ultimately, the Harley Lot Porter supports the dealershipโ€™s success by ensuring motorcycles are readily accessible, well-maintained, and presented in an orderly fashion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate motorcycles and/or dealership vehicles.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of motorcycle handling and safety procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
