As a Supervisor and part of our leadership team, one must help delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. Primary responsibilities of those on our leadership team are to help maintain the daily motions of the associates and store functions. Assist in driving our expectations and developing our team to meet them on a consistent basis, while delivering excellent customer service along the way.
