Assistant Store Manager

Starting at $19.00/Hour

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who loves to help customers, and is a natural leader who finds fulfillment in rallying for and developing their team. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store
  • Maintain highest level of customer service
  • Lead strong operational processes that drive profitability and minimize shrink
  • Manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
  • Collaborate and work to support Company growth, process improvement and customer experience
  • Provide world class customer experience
  • Bring Innovative ideas to increase store traffic, sales and merchandising
  • Strong ability to stay flexible to shifting priorities
  • Lead by example by showcasing professional behavior and high performance

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills and business orientation

  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of previous retails management experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistency, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift
