Job Description
ELPRO is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to serve as a Project Manager & Technical Sales Engineer, driving real-time cold chain monitoring opportunities and applications. This individual will be responsible for managing projects, responding to RFIs and RFPs, becoming proficient in ELPRO's software solutions, and directly contributing to sales efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with commercial acumen to support clients and internal teams in delivering tailored monitoring solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in project management, technical sales, or consulting within a cold chain monitoring, logistics, or life sciences environment.
  • Strong understanding of RFIs, RFPs, and technical solution selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Additional Information
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of real-time cold chain monitoring solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and client stakeholders, to align objectives and execution.
  • Define and track project KPIs, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Manage project implementation and delivery,
  • Serve as the internal product & technical expert,
  • Enable our sales teams to present and demo ELPRO's real time monitoring solutions,
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops (virtual and in-person)
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, proposals, and project scopes
  • Assist Sales in crafting customized solutions and pricing models

Technical Sales & Business Development:
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and mapping them to ELPRO's technical capabilities.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of RFIs and RFPs, ensuring strategic alignment with customer expectations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide training on ELPRO's software solutions for real-time cold chain monitoring.
  • Shadow and support Sales calls, discovery meetings, and executive presentations

Software & Solution Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of ELPRO's software platforms, ensuring the ability to advise customers on system integration, usability, and performance.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing solutions for their specific cold chain monitoring needs.
