As a member of the technical staff, the candidate will play a critical role in the development of next generation processing, computing and sensor/actuator hardware within the electronics division. In addition, an Electronic Hardware Design Engineer develops, tests, and oversees the manufacturing of electrical printed circuit boards (PCBs), analog and digital circuits, electronic equipment, sensors, motors, radar and navigation systems. This engineer develops the architecture, designs circuit, performs simulations, performs physical layout, verifies and tests designs. Performs a variety of engineering activities throughout the life cycle to support planning, design, test, deployment, and sustainment. The Tailored Systems Business Area within Electronics Program Office directorate delivers first-of-a-kind field-ready microelectronics solutions in support of National Security missions.
