Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assiatant is responsible for working with internal management to provide support for internal administrative duties, as well as support for the internal and external sales teams.
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information pursuant to customer requests
  • Resolve purchasing pricing discrepancies through the research of regular and special customer prices, as well as assist purchasing department
  • Work strategically to analyze and prepare customer sales quotes
  • Provide internal support to marketing and accounts receivable functions as needed
  • Hold responsibility for planning, scheduling, as well as attending of, various management and sales meetings
  • Daily/weekly filing of administrative and internal management reports
  • Educate yourself on, and continuously stay up to date with, Richelieu's innovative product offerings
