Role Description This Hardware Engineer role is a hybrid position based in Delhi,/NCR OH, with a mix of on-site work at client locations and office, plus some work-from-home flexibility. The Hardware Engineer will design, configure, install, and maintain hardware systems used in hospitality and retail environments, including POS terminals, servers, workstations, peripherals, and networking equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring system reliability, and supporting hardware rollouts and upgrades. The role also involves collaborating with software and support teams, documenting configurations and procedures, and recommending hardware improvements aligned with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and system architecture relevant to hospitality and retail environments.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting POS systems, workstations, servers, and related IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, cabling) and hardware diagnostics tools.
