At Designs by Stonescapes, we take pride in delivering top-tier craftsmanship and creating stunning outdoor living spaces. We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Working Hardscape Foreman to lead our field crew and help bring our designs to life.
Role Overview
As a working foreman, you will be on-site leading by example, directing daily installations, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a field installation crew of 4 or more team members on active job sites.
Execute and oversee hardscape projects, including paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire features, and related outdoor masonry.
Complete basic daily paperwork, including crew time tracking, material logging, and project progress reporting.
Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients.
Ensure company equipment, tools, and safety standards are properly maintained on-site.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading crews of 4+ members in hardscaping or landscape construction.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
Strong hands-on knowledge of hardscape materials, base preparation, grading, and installation techniques.
Basic organizational skills for tracking hours, materials, and job notes.
