Captain Sweet Tooth is on the hunt for spirited scallywags with a flair for fun, a heart for hospitality, and the courage to handle both candy and cranky landlubbers. This isn't just make-believe-our Candy Crew must be ready to entertain, assist, and adapt all while stayin' in character!
If you've got a performer's spark and a customer service compass, you might just be the next recruit to join the most legendary treat team this side of the Pacific.
What You Get to Do:
As a proud member of Captain Sweet Tooth's Candy Crew, you'll blend the thrill of immersive acting with real guest service responsibilities. Your daily mission may include:
  • Greet and interact with children and families at themed candy stations during our Halloween Spooktacular event
  • Remain in costume and in character (such as a pirate) while providing engaging, family-friendly interactions
  • This role combines elements of immersive performance with operational guest service support.
  • Distribute candy and help manage the flow of guests through your station
  • Provide accurate park information and directions in a helpful and approachable manner
  • Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Assist in maintaining station cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
  • Other duties as assigned

What It Takes to Succeed:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in guest service, theater/performance, or interactive roles preferred
  • Comfortable performing in character and speaking with large volumes of guests
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and friendly when handling guest complaints or concerns
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible with scheduling needs
  • Willing and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

While this is a fun and engaging role, it is also fast-paced and guest-facing. Candidates must be mentally prepared to assist a wide range of guests-including those with questions, feedback, or complaints-while staying in character and maintaining a positive demeanor.
