Nikai, a Japanese restaurant, and Palm Room, a unique and refined lounge, will be exclusive to our esteemed members, while our upscale Mediterranean concept, a'Riva, welcomes all guests to enjoy its exceptional offerings.

As a Cocktail Server / Bottle Girl, you will elevate the guest experience by delivering attentive, personalized beverage service, presenting premium bottle service with poise and precision, and embodying the sophistication of the Harbour Club brand. ResponsibilitiesFoster Member Relationships
  • Interact with members and guests in a warm, polished, and engaging manner, addressing them by name when possible.

  • Learn and note member preferences to personalize and elevate each visit.

  • Provide information about club offerings, events, and menu items to enrich the guest experience.

Elevated Beverage & Bottle Service
  • Present and serve premium bottles with confidence, style, and strict adherence to Harbour Club standards.

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages accurately, ensuring each item reflects our commitment to excellence.

  • Assist guests in selecting bottle and beverage options based on taste, occasion, and club offerings.

Menu Expertise
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all beverage, spirit, and food selections, including origins, key ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.

  • Offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations to members and guests.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with management, culinary, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless and memorable experiences.

  • Communicate guest needs effectively to ensure timely, elevated service.

Cleanliness & Organization
  • Maintain clean, organized, and beautifully presented service stations and bottle service areas.

  • Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Professional Presentation

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of wines, spirits, champagnes, and cocktails (mixology or wine certifications are a plus).

  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
