As a problem solver and self-starter working in a fast-paced environment, you bring a unique blend of interaction, visual, and prototyping skills. In this role, you will take creative and technical ownership of complete projects, and transform complex challenges into seamless, user-centered designs. As a go-to expert and innovator within the team, you will shape intuitive interaction concepts, collaborate and align cross-functional partners, and create experiences that shape the Beats product landscape.
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field, or 6+ years of equivalent work experienceYou have a solid portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem-solving skills, and you can confidently speak to your workYou clearly communicate complex concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypesYou are highly proficient in industry-standard tools you need to visualize your ideas and deliver the work (such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote)You are comfortable with working independently and cross-functionally in a multi-disciplinary design and technical environmentYou possess exceptional problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the adaptability to pivot quickly to new inputs or prioritiesYou excel in written and verbal communication, and can present and defend your work effectively to large groups and leadership
