Job description

The Associate is responsible for interacting with customers on behalf of the organization. They are the first and primary form of contact within the store. They provide information about our products and services, complete sales transactions, respond to customer complaints, pursue past due collections, and process returns.

Must be 21, eligible to work in the USA, and able to successfully complete all post offer screens, including a criminal background check, reference check, and drug test. Regular and punctual attendance is required. Schedules may be changed as needed to accommodate business needs. Overtime may be required. Must meet all applicable state and local regulatory requirements. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.

Wages will be based on experience.
